The second session of the IFA's Virtual Tech Expo Webinar Series, sponsored by FactorGenie, runs Thursday, August 20 from 11am to 12pm Pacific: More App Adoption, Less Work.

Client portals and mobile apps can cut phone calls and emails and improve the client experience — but only if clients actually use them. This session covers practical tactics for driving adoption and engagement: turning routine inquiries into self-service, reducing manual work for staff, and giving clients easy access to funding, credit, payment status, and account information.

The Panel

  • Laura Branson — Vice President of Operations, Thunder Funding. Laura has spent six years leading operations at Thunder Funding and more than 16 in transportation, with a background as the company's Controller.
  • James Bacon — VP & COO, Phoenix Capital Group. James has led Phoenix Capital Group's operations team for more than a decade.
  • Alejandro "Alex" Nathan — President, 18 Wheel Funding. Alex has a factoring career of more than 20 years and founded 18 Wheel Funding in 2018 to focus entirely on transportation.

Sam Elitzer, FactorGenie's CEO, moderates the roundtable.
