FactorGenie joined the IFA's Virtual Fraud Workshop, December 10–11, with a short demonstration of our fraud-detection tooling.
The ten-minute format forces focus, so we showed one idea: combining FMCSA data with aggregated receivables data to help flag suspicious carriers and loads before funding. A carrier whose authority is days old, a load whose parties have no payment history together, an invoice that doesn't fit the debtor's past pattern — none of these proves fraud on its own, but each is a signal worth surfacing while there is still time to ask questions.
Fraud is the topic our industry likes discussing least and needs discussing most, and the IFA deserves credit for giving it two full days. Thank you for including us.
