FactorGenie sponsored the IFA President & Senior Executives Meeting, held January 31 – February 2 in St. Thomas, USVI — our first time at the IFA's senior-executive gathering, as the Thursday breakfast sponsor with a few minutes to introduce ourselves to the room.
We came mostly to listen. The executives in that room run factoring companies of every size, and the conversations kept returning to the same question we hear from operations teams: where does manual work still hide, and what would it take to trust software with more of it? For a company that started with carrier-facing mobile apps, it was a useful push toward the back office.
