FactorGenie spent May 6–8 at the Omni Nashville for the 32nd Annual IFA Factoring Conference — exhibiting from Booth 27 in the conference's first AI/Automation exhibitor category, and sponsoring once again.
This year we brought something new: FactorGenie Credit, real-time credit intelligence for freight factors. It combines a factor's own portfolio data with payment data from across the FactorGenie network, with configurable alerts and debtor risk analysis. We ran live demos at the booth all three days, and the conversations — about coverage, about alert thresholds, about how network data should sit alongside a factor's own experience with a freight broker — will shape where the product goes next.
Alongside the launch, the booth covered the platform's core: automated load processing, debtor verifications, and credit decisioning.
FactorGenie CEO Sam Elitzer also joined the panel AI Tools for Your Factoring Organization, alongside panelists from OperFi and Tank Payments — a vendor-neutral session on where AI is actually earning its keep in factoring operations, and where it isn't yet.
